Arrival windows
A visit has a start and an end, and the customer sees a window rather than a false single minute.
Scheduling
Visits are scheduled with an arrival window held in the property's own timezone. A dispatcher travelling, or a phone that changed timezone, does not move the appointment.
A visit has a start and an end, and the customer sees a window rather than a false single minute.
Times are stored as unambiguous instants and displayed against the property's timezone. This is not a detail: a nine o'clock appointment that becomes six o'clock on a screen is a lost customer.
Work that takes three days is one job with three visits, each with its own assignment and its own completion.
Technician working hours and time off are data the schedule can be checked against, instead of a conversation.
Service agreements generate the visits a maintenance plan owes, so recurring work does not depend on someone remembering.
Not built. Crescove does not order a technician's day by drive time today, and this page is not going to suggest it does.
Tell us how your business runs today and we will walk through what is available now, what is still being built, and what would need to be connected for you.
