The portal is served on your Brand's domain — a custom domain or a Crescove subdomain — resolved through the domain registry rather than a shared vendor URL.
Customer portal
Your customers, on your domain, seeing only their own work.
The service portal lives on the Brand's own host. Customers sign in and see their estimates, jobs and visits, invoices, and service agreements — scoped to them and nobody else.
Estimate approval
Customers review options and approve one with a signature, which is what turns the estimate into work.
Visit confirmation
Customers can confirm an upcoming visit, so the office knows the window is agreed.
Invoices and agreements
Customers see their own invoices and the terms of any service agreement they hold.
Customer-safe payloads
The portal is served from payloads built for customer eyes. Internal notes, costs, margins, and access details are not in them — this is enforced on the server, not by hiding fields in the interface.
Online payment in the portal
Provider integration required. Customers can see what they owe; paying it by card in the portal needs a payment provider connected and approved.
