One customer across modules
Customers, contacts, notes, and tags are the shared Crescove CRM records. A business running memberships or an online store alongside service work does not maintain a second customer list.
Customers and properties
Field work needs more than a customer name. Crescove FSM adds the properties you serve, the people at each one, and the access details a technician needs — on top of the same customer records the rest of the platform uses.

A property is a place you serve. It carries its own contacts, its service zone, its timezone, and the equipment installed at it. A customer with three buildings has three properties and one relationship.
Gate codes, lockbox locations, and alarm instructions are held apart from ordinary property data and require a capability to read. Handing them to everyone who can view a job is how they end up somewhere they should not be.
The tenant who lets you in is often not the owner who pays. Both belong on the record, with their own roles and numbers.
Units are attached to the property, with a dated event history — so the next technician can see what was done to this furnace before.
Named areas used when deciding who can take work where, rather than a dispatcher holding the geography in their head.
