    Customer and internal email through the platform's configured provider.

  • Private object storage

    Available in staging

    Photos and documents in private storage with signed retrieval. No public objects, and no storage credentials in the technician application.

  • First-party iOS application

    Available in staging

    Crescove for iOS against the same API, with server-enforced Organization, Brand, and capability scope.

  • Browser field surface

    Available in staging

    A technician surface in the control plane for crews not on iOS.

  • SMS and voice

    Provider integration required
